This time around the agent asked me to also send in the power supply. I received my Xbox360 today and guess what? The power supply was not returned. When I called Xbox, the agent (who was very nice) told me I had to call back within 3 to 5 business days. Can you believe it! The agent told me that they were going to send an email to the repair center. I asked if they could just call someone at the repair center to investigate, but they could not do that.
